Universal profile sander unit: Floating revolving sanding head V long service life, consumes low level of power. Provides powerful sanding with great effect. Shaking belt device- the sanding belt shakes vertically to cut the fluff. Good sanding quality. Prolongs the working life of the sanding belt.
Non-woven cloth wheel, brush wheel , sponge sanding wheel: Equipped with special spindle, separate spindle and motor drive for more convenient and variable use of the sanding hea. Spindle adjustable vertically, horizontally and angularly.
Conveying: YD-LPS: powerful upper and lower conveyor rollers rotate simultaneously, preventing contact between the work piece and the table. This elimination of friction produces stable, high quality output.
YD-TPS conveys with track chain system conveyor which is adjustable according to the width of workpiece. Width range: 20~200m/m.

Automatic compensation sanding head is an optional item for B: brush wheel & N: non-woven wheel.
The frequency converter (speed variable) is an optional item for the main spindle.
Automatic feeding machine is an optional item for input.
Special specification can be custom-made.
